Advocacy Information:

Advocates work with people with a disability or complex medical condition to assist them to work through complex issues, such as communicating with Government or other organisations, managing their financial affairs, or accessing housing or education.

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission has been set up to ensure NDIS Participants receive quality services.  They are responsible for oversee business quality and compliance, and monitor complaints and incidents.  You can learn more about the Commission, and make a report by following this link: https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/participants
