Handwriting is an important skill for children to master.

Some children may experience difficulty with handwriting due to a number of factors, such as fine or gross motor skills, pencil grip, sensory processing and body awareness.

Occupational therapists can assist children to improve their handwriting by assessing a child’s handwriting skill level across a range of domains, identifying areas for attention, and implementing appropriate strategies or therapies to address these issues.

Facilitate Occupational Therapy Services offer assessment and intervention either as a group or one-to-one.  Services are available in school, at home, or at our Woonona Clinic.
