As a result of the evolving situation, we have made the decision to temporarily close our Corrimal and Nowra offices.

Staff are working from home, and have implemented Telehealth sessions where suitable. We are completing home visits only for urgent, emergency or critical reasons, such as to:

  • assist with adapting to change in routine

For these visits, we are continuing pre-appointment screening for risk factors, and continue to equip our staff with information and educational material to ensure that they are able to respond to any situation or enquiry that you may have.

We will continue to be available during this period to assist you. Please contact us on 1300 855 513 or via admin@facilitateot.com.au with any queries. We will endeavour to respond to your situation in a timely manner.

To our valued clients,

We want to reassure our valued clients that we are monitoring and responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.  As always, the health of our clients and staff is our highest priority, and we have implemented a number of measures to minimise the risk of the Coronavirus.

While our clinic and treatment sessions are continuing at this stage.  We are taking guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Australian Government Department of Health and NSW Health. As a result, we have in place a detailed plan and approach that can be implemented and adapted as the situation develops.

We have increased frequency of cleaning of our offices and using exposure control methods. Pre-appointment screening for risk factors is completed for all appointments and meetings, in regards to:

  • overseas travel in the past 14 days
  • contact with someone who has been diagnosed or is being tested for COVID-19; or if
  • experiencing symptoms such as fever, breathing difficulties, fatigue, a cough or a sore throat

We are equipping our staff with information and educational material to ensure that they are able to respond to any situation or enquiry that you may have. Our teams have also been instructed to stay at home if they feel unwell, and we are encouraging working from home as much as possible.

Our team are limiting their time in the office and are working from home when possible. In-clinic visits have now ceased but we will continue to provide homevisits. During this time your therapist will be reviewing alternative options to continue your therapy if required, such as telehealth options.

If directed by Department of Health, we will move to self-isolation. At this time, all staff will complete any work duties from home, and home visits will cease.  Alternative options, such telephone or other telehealth consults may be appropriate and can be discussed with your therapist.

We will continue to be available during this period and beyond as we strive to assist you. We will be prioritising treatment sessions and recommend those who currently require immediate services to please contact us on 1300 855 513. We will endeavour to respond to your situation in a timely manner.

We thank you for your understanding in this situation and will continue to provide updates via our website, Facebook page and by phone.

Stay well and we look forward to continuing a strong working relationship with all of our clients.
