Tracey graduated from Charles Sturt University in 1998. Since then she has worked in hospital and community settings across the health, disability and education sectors. Tracey specialises in supporting people with disability to access and participate in their valued activities of daily living.  At Facilitate OT, Tracey works with the individual and their supports to help achieve identified goals. Tracey provides assessment and prescription of Complex and Minor Home Modifications and Assistive Technology, to improve self-care, mobility and safety during functional tasks. She brings skills, knowledge and experience in independent living skills assessments and reports, and in complex seating and positioning, including for wheelchairs and vehicles.
