Lauren graduated from James Cook University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, and has recently relocated to Wollongong.  Since graduating, Lauren has worked with adults and children with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities providing comprehensive assessment and intervention in in-patient, clinic, school and community settings. Lauren is highly skilled in paediatrics, completing comprehensive assessments, home and school assessments, functional & ADL assessments and retraining with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, self care skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation and play-based therapy.  At Facilitate Occupational Therapy Services, Lauren will be based out of our Corrimal clinic, providing Paediatric assessments and intervention to children of all ages in home, school, clinic and community settings across the Illawarra region. Lauren has a particular interest in complex behaviours, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Downs Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.
