Megan graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Western Sydney University. Megan has had experience working in private practice with children with a variety of physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. Megan enjoys helping young people to reach their goals for social participation, gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. Megan also has skills in equipment prescription, minor home modifications and functional/ADL assessment. During her University studies, Megan worked as an Allied Health Assistant in a paediatric occupational therapy clinic. At Facilitate Occupational Therapy Services, Megan manages a Paediatric caseload, with a focus on gross and fine motor skills including handwriting, sensory processing, attention and concentration, and emotional regulation. Megan works in our Woonona clinic, and provides homevisits and school-based services in the Illawarra and South West Sydney regions.
