Cassie completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2017 at the Australian Catholic University.  Cassie has worked within Occupational Rehabilitation space and Community Occupational Therapy since graduating, with skills in assessments, return to work planning, ergonomic assessments, manual handling and report writing. She also has experience working within the community with clients with a range of disabilities.  Within Facilitate OT, Cassie provides services that aim to support clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.  Cassie completes functional assessments and reports, in order to identify current functioning, care/support needs and opportunities for increasing independence and functional capacity.  Cassie’s intervention may include prescription of assistive technology, including wheelchairs and seating systems, and/or home modifications, as well as training in task-modification and other adaptive strategies to improve functional performance.
